Is this worth it if my boiler is relatively new?

Absolutely! Even new boilers need annual servicing to keep warranties valid. Plus, you never know when a part might fail. Better safe than sorry.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no ties, no hassle. Just give us a month's notice. Though we're confident you'll want to stay once you see our service.

What if I need a repair outside normal hours?

Our care plans cover work carried out Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

If you have an issue outside those hours, we’ll always do our best to help, but out-of-hours visits are not included in the plan price.

If you’d like us to attend, standard out-of-hours rates will apply.

Do I still need home insurance if I have this?

Yes. This is a service agreement, not an insurance policy.


It covers maintenance, servicing, and labour allowances — but it doesn’t cover accidental damage, escape of water, or other risks typically handled by your home insurance provider.

Are there any hidden fees or extras?

No hidden fees.

Your plan includes everything listed in your chosen package.

Parts and materials for repairs are chargeable, as are any optional upgrades or out-of-hours requests, but these will always be agreed with you in advance before any work is carried out.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, we’ll contact you to resolve it quickly. Your plan may be suspended until payments are up to date.

Is my boiler automatically covered when I sign up?

Before your plan begins, we’ll complete a system eligibility check to make sure your boiler and heating system are in good condition.


If your system passes, your plan starts right away. If it needs remedial work, we’ll discuss options before proceeding.

Can I transfer my plan if I move house?

Yes, in most cases we can transfer your plan to your new property. Just let us know before you move, and we’ll confirm eligibility at your new address.

What’s included in my annual service?

Your annual boiler service includes safety checks, a gas tightness test, visual inspection of components, and a full service record. We’ll also send reminders each year so you never miss it.
